1 Package (10 ounces)
- frozen sliced California Strawberries in syrup, thawed
1/4 Cup - Water
2 Tablespoons - Sugar
1/4 Cup - Orange-flavored
liqueur
1 Tablespoon - Lemon juice
Directions
In small saucepan combine strawberries,
water and sugar. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer
5 minutes. Cool to room temperature. In blender or food
processor fitted with metal blade combine strawberry
mixture, liqueur and lemon juice; blend until smooth.
Pour into shallow pan; freeze until firm about 1 inch
around edges. Beat smooth. Return to freezer, freeze
firm. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
